Therapy is not a one size fits all and that is why Mindful Energy Wellness uses a collaborative, compassion and meaningful connection to ensure they best approach is used for where the client is at. Together, in a safe environment we will explore where you are at, create goals and approach each session with kindness and support.

Let's Connect! With this 15 minute FREE call we will get to know each other, discuss goals of treatment and start to discover your path. Finding the right therapist is very important to creating positive change.

Initial Psychotherapy Session
90-Minutes Session $190
Are you ready to get started? During this 75 minute session, on a secure online platform we will explore a therapeutic plan and together start walking down your path.​

On-Going Sessions
60-Mintue Session $150
Once we have discovered the path you want to take, this is where we will meet to work towards your goals in a 50 minute online session.​
