Meditation invites you to slow down, breathe, and return to yourself. Through gentle focus on the breath or a calming anchor, you learn to release racing thoughts and rest in the present moment. With continued practice, meditation nurtures peace within, easing stress, enhancing focus, and deepening self-awareness.

Individual Session 
30 minutes $30

A chance to discover what meditation can bring to your life and enjoy a 20-minute guided practice designed to help you relax and reconnect.

Integrative Meditation

and  Therapy

60 Minutes $100

This 60-minute integrated session combines Meditation and therapy for a holistic approach to healing. You’ll begin with 20 minutes of Meditation, followed by 40 minutes of therapy to gently explore what surfaced during your meditative work. This integration supports deeper awareness, release, and aligns of mind, body, and spirit.

***At this time, integrated sessions are available to existing clients. If you’re interested in this offering, you can begin by booking an initial psychotherapy session. You’re also welcome to book a standalone Reiki session if you’d like to experience energy balancing and relaxation on its own***
